There is nothing wrong with the downloads! Download the text file and open it. It should have direct links to multiple hosts from where you can download the actual file. Since we get tons of requests for past dumps to which the links have been deleted on hosted servers, this will make it easier to update those dumps and future dumps since the likely hood of a text file being deleted are null. So put some effort into it and read the text file!!!
